Ronald’s teams accomplished a tremendous feat getting a mistreated home move-in ready. He found a leak into the house from the garage roof that was missed by another roofer, correctly replaced it so that it properly drains, upgraded outdoor elevated balustrades using top grade materials, replaced the rear facade, perfectly matching the paint and identifying and fixing sources of wood rot saving me money down the road, properly supported an oversized tub installed by someone else, provided invaluable referrals for both a top rate electrician and excellent plumber. He fixed and rebuilt large portions of the house after several problems were discovered. His crew retiled the kitchen, and completed a remodeling job involving installation of a support of a long marble breakfast bar. He is an excellent educator in the ‘whys and hows’ of the project, making me feel comfortable taking on such a large project. Also, he answered all of my millions of questions about how the work is done. I feel like I have a Master’s degree in construction science.
